Popping my next reading up here at the top of the message. This week I’ve gone with a classic, The Story of Peter Rabbit. I hope you enjoy it!
First off, we didn’t think it needed mentioning, but to be safe the PTA Board wanted to mention that the Spring PTA Fundraiser is canceled. So if you knew camp or vendor trying to secure a spot, please let them know we’ll be back in touch in the fall!
No work was intended to be done this week as it is the scheduled Spring Break. I am working to get the copies made for our lower grades. Upper grades can request a paper packet by clicking on this link. But as mentioned in a message late last week, teachers will be sharing the work in PDF format. You’ll be able to download from home if you have internet. Families could also hit a wifi hotspot with a student iPad in hand to get the materials for use offline. Specific distribution dates and times will come out later this week.
We still have a lot of unfinished business to figure out in the coming weeks. Field trip reimbursement should be done by the end of this week. So wait until Friday to contact your teacher or myself about that. We will likely be doing a yearbook. Information will come out about that soon. What about picking up student belongings? What does next year look like? Will our students get to see their old teacher? These are all things on a list to figure out.
Time for birthdays! Kaden in PreK, Nolan in Kindergarten, and Rosemary in 1st grade – HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Third graders Malek and Noah, another year older and wiser! And to our 4th graders Alex, Ann Robertson, and James – we hope you have a great birthday!
