The third grade teachers are ready for next year’s 1:1 iPad experience! They have already made incredible efforts to get their students excited about using technology in the classroom by consistently using the school’s set of iPads for interactive learning experiences and spending a significant amount of time in Schoology. Be sure to stop by their classrooms and watch 21st Century learning happen!
Fifth Grade Randolph Elementary Student, Laura Lee Baldwin, was recognized at Longwood University on October 25th. Laura Lee’s artwork was selected for the 2015-2016 Highlights Exhibition at the Hull Center for Education. The exhibition is open to the public, Monday-Friday, during University operating hours, until May 2016. Congratulations, Laura Lee and thank you for sharing your artwork with Central Virginia!
Thanks to art teacher Cindy Edmonds for attending!
It’s our annual RES Grandparents Night. This year our school has a superhero theme so be prepared for an evening with
“WHAM, ZAP, & KAPOW!”
Every classroom will be open for a visit including Encore Classrooms, the Gym, and the courtyard. The Monster Book Fair will be held in the Media Center, and we have TWO photo booth opportunities this year. Light refreshments will be served throughout the evening in the cafeteria.
RES Superheroes will greet you at the front door. They will be collecting donations for the Goochland Family Services.
