For those newer RES Families, Mr. Frank is a longtime Goochland County Schools favorite employee who worked at RES for many years up until 2 years ago. He is an enthusiastic person that made every Roadrunner feel welcome and his kindness was felt throughout the school. He is a face many will be excited to see come back - especially for such a fun celebratory moment!
