Let’s keep spreading positivity, one kind word at a time!

Big smiles and great stories filled the Randolph Elementary classrooms today as members of Goochland High School’s Chick-fil-A Leadership Academy visited to read with our kindergarten and first grade students! Roadrunner Raise Update for October 10
Randolph families:
Our Roadrunner Raise is off to a strong start! Thank you to everyone who has registered and started to raise funds for our school. I had the pleasure of visiting each of our classrooms on Thursday to connect with our students regarding our fundraiser. As always during our school day, it was great to see so many smiling faces and they were full of excitement.
I'd like to take a moment to both highlight the first 24 hours of the fundraiser and share some additional, classroom-based incentives that the PTA has designed for this year's fundraiser.
In just the first 24 hours, we have achieved these milestones:
180 students/families registered
2,038 emails loaded into our portal
$13,670 raised toward our $55,000 goal! Excellent work!
Additionally, along with all the individual prizes that students can earn for their efforts, there is a classroom challenge as well. For each tier that a classroom reaches as a group, that classroom will be awarded with an event as follows:
$500 - Bring a Stuffy or Blanket
$1000 - Pajama Party
$1500 - No Homework Pass
$2000 - Popsicle Party
$3000 - Movie Day
$4000 - Ice Cream Party
$5000 - Pizza Party
Teachers will notify their classrooms when an event has been earned. We already have a few who have reached the first tier and will be notified shortly!
Lastly, if you have not registered yet for the Roadrunner Raise, please click HERE to access the fundraising page. Once you have registered, you will want to load your first 10 emails. As a reminder, loading those 10 emails will award your student with their first Golden Ticket prizes. This fundraiser is a direct donation program (no selling involved). We are still planning to conclude the fundraiser with an on-site, BMX Show on October 23rd (students only).
Thank you to all our families for your support of our PTA, its programs, and our school community. Let's keep the momentum going, RES!
