Lilah, a fifth-grader from RES, tied for 5th place in the 51st Richmond regional spelling bee on Wednesday, March 12th. She was also a top contestant in the regional bee last year as a fourth-grader. We're so P-R-O-U-D of Lilah's achievements!

Today our school had so much fun kicking off this year’s Kids Heart
Challenge! Alongside this year’s heart heroes, we’re learning about
healthy hearts and life lessons like getting active, asking for help, resting
well and being kind.

Author, Matt Landis, visited with the 3rd-5th grade students today. His enthusiasm for reading, writing, and history made the experience even more exciting! Thank you to Mr. Landis for encouraging our students to embrace the joy of reading and learning! It was an incredible day!

The counting celebrations continued with first grade's 101st Day of School! Students and teachers dressed up like 101 Dalmatians and incorporated the number 101 into many of their activities throughout the day.
